VA fire broke out in a caravan trailer on the S33 near Herzogenburg
A caravan trailer caught fire on the S33 expressway between Herzogenburg and St Bolton in the early hours of the morning. The car driver mentally steered the trailer onto the hard shoulder, unclipped it and brought himself and the car to safety.
The fire quickly spread throughout the trailer. When Floriani arrived, it was already fully ablaze.

There were two five-kilogram propane gas bottles in the trailer. Fortunately these were closed by a safety valve. This prevented the explosion. No one was injured.
