The 75th Emmy Awards, the most important American television awards ceremony, should actually have taken place in September. Due to a months-long strike by Hollywood actors and screenwriters, the date was pushed back, falling directly into awards season. It's no surprise that extravagant gowns dominated the red carpet in front of the Peacock Theater in downtown Los Angeles for “Television's Oscars.”
Suki Waterhouse caught the eye. Not just because she wore red, but because she expertly flaunted her baby bump – the 32-year-old is expecting her first child with actor Robert Pattinson. The dress from Valentino Haute Couture with a bow on the stomach certainly attracted attention.

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Parker made their first red carpet appearance together since the birth of their son Rocky Thirteen in November. “We're Together” also got to show off their partner's looks, both arriving in black pantsuits and sunglasses.

“Only Murders in the Building” star Selena Gomez also had a spectacular effect. She appeared in a deep red Oscar de la Renta gown embroidered with 450,000 sequins.
