Paperless office seminar for NHS trusts
Document- and records-management provider, SpectrumITech has launched
a new seminar programme for NHS trusts burdened with paper.
A practical approach to document and records management in the NHS is
being offered free of charge to NHS staff responsible for managing
documents relating to patient care, policies and procedures, HR,
hospital administration and other healthcare functions.
The course will run regularly at a number of venues across England.
If time is limited or several team members want to attend, the company
will run the seminar at the team’s own premises.
Charles Harmer, Sales Manager at Woking-based SpectrumITech, says the
programme will give a valuable boost to the healthcare sector, which he
says has much to gain from automating document and records management:
“We’ve found that NHS staff members have fewer opportunities than their
private-sector counterparts to learn, discuss and compare strategies for
effective solutions. This is hindering progress and implementation. By
launching this free, no-obligation seminar we are extending a lifeline
to those wanting to learn more — in the minimum time at no cost.”
The seminar will deliver practical information and advice relating to
the benefits and business case for document and records management, key
features of effective solutions and implementation. Past attendees have
included healthcare practitioners from a wide range of departments
including governance, IT, A&E, finance and procurement.
