New version of Rhapsody
Clinical workflow and integration technology firm Orion Health has
released version 3 of its Rhapsody Integration Engine.
Designed to help small to medium hospitals implement data integration
solutions easily, Rhapsody version 3 requires no additional third-party
software or special hardware.
Integration engines, or message brokers, help ensure healthcare
organisations can integrate and share data within the hospital and with
external organisations.
“Smaller hospitals have the same data integration goals that large
hospitals have, but often have a more restricted budget and fewer
staff”, says Paul de Bazin, Rhapsody General Manager at Orion Health.
“Our goal with version 3 was to enable effortless data integration
with reduced cost. It helps streamline maintenance and monitoring
functions to ease administration time as well as reducing a hospital’s
overall investment.”
