Attendo Systems UK acquired by HuckleHayes
Rotherham-based Attendo Systems Limited, one of the UK’s leading
providers of products and services that support the care of older and
vulnerable people, has been taken over by HuckleHayes, a
business-management company. The transaction establishes Attendo Systems
Limited as an independent business focused on the UK market, although it
will continue to trade under the Attendo Systems name, and to provide its
existing range of products and services.
“We are delighted to have had the opportunity to gain our independence
from our Swedish parent, Attendo AB”, said Stephen Ayres, Managing
Director. “Attendo Systems has always operated as an autonomous business
in the UK, and we are now in a strong position to build and develop the
business and product offering further across the UK, with the help of a
strong and supportive financial partner.”
John Huckle commented: “The UK telecare sector is set for significant
growth over the coming years, and I believe Attendo Systems is well
positioned to capitalise on this opportunity.
The business has an excellent reputation in its market, and we are
delighted to be backing Stephen Ayres and his team, and look forward to
helping them to continue their impressive record of performance.”
