Central security management
from CyberGuard
US security solutions provider CyberGuard’s Bracknell office has
announced the release of Global Command Center 3.0, an enterprise-level
centralised security-management system for larger organisations.
Addressing the problem of multiple security rules and firewalls in large
enterprises, the new product enables users to update policies in real time
as threats occur, and ensures that the changes are applied consistently
throughout the network.
“As customers continue to deploy our core-to-edge security solutions,
it was essential for us to develop a centralised management tool that
could support any CyberGuard product”, said Chairman and CEO Pat Clawson.
“Global Command Centre will deliver major cost efficiencies for our
customers.”
Installed in some 50 hospitals and trusts already, the product also
offers centralised reporting and monitoring, report generation for
compliance purposes, patch management and a powerful standard operating
environment.
