Mac users can now have CACHÉ
The CACHÉ post-relational database from InterSystems of Cambridge, Mass
is now available for deployment on the Apple Mac OS X operating system.
Featuring unified data architecture, the system can present data in
both object or table format. It also enables rapid SQL development while
offering the advanced technology preferred for use in a Web environment.
“Users in small to mid-sized physician and dental offices have been Mac
enthusiasts for years”, commented Michael Edwards, CEO of HealthWare,
applications provider for InterSystems. “Our new CACHÉ-based software for
Mac OS X will provide smaller practices with top-tier office management
functionality, requiring virtually no training or software
administration.”
InterSystems is confident that its new offering will prove a
cost-effective platform for enterprises of all sizes.
