Online information solution for PCTs
In response to NHS guidelines on the accessibility of intranets and
websites, Brent, Central and North West London, Durham and Darlington
Primary Care Trusts have all recently updated and relaunched online
information services for their local communities and employees, with
content management from RedDot Solutions, the Maidenhead arm of the parent
German company.
PCTs deliver a vital information service, but a labyrinth of sources
and multicultural communities often make it difficult to get the right
information to the right people, especially the physically impaired,
inexperienced or elderly.
“We really do understand the pressures faced by the NHS system”, said
