ICS e-HR solutions exceed expectations
When a period of rapid expansion left it with over 70 new employees
every month, St Mary’s NHS Trust decided there was no other option but to
overhaul and streamline its HR system. To help in this, the Trust selected
e-HR and e-Recruitment from ICS.
The e-HR module enables employees to access selected personal
information, carry out routine updates and perform certain HR tasks
electronically. E-Recruitment, meanwhile, enables the Trust to integrate
the careers and recruitment section of its website to a central database,
allowing vacancies to be posted directly while controlling opening and
closing dates.
“The implementation will be a value-adding process for us, making once
cumbersome processes much more efficient”, said Deborah O’Dea, HR Director
for the Trust. “ICS has proven to be a real business partner and has
worked with us in developing the most appropriate solutions for the Trust.
The level of service and expertise has exceeded our expectations.”
