Six-day call-out for Enigma customers

 
Dacoll has taken over the hardware maintenance service of Enigma Health, supplier of patient medication records. Pharmacists will now be offered a much needed Saturday call-out facility, ensuring that customers reporting a fault can be assured of an engineer coming to the premises six days a week, avoiding lengthy disruption to services and patient care.

The service will eventually cover all hardware equipment used by customers; currently, it only covers hardware supplied by Enigma Health.
