Audio conferencing drives sales for Reliv

Relėv UK, a supplier of nutritional supplements, has deployed
MeetingZones audio conferencing solution to help drive sales from its
existing independent distributors and to increase awareness of the
business opportunities that Relėv offers to potential new distributors.
Using MeetingZones audio conferencing solution I am now able to
conduct a weekly Relėv 'product and opportunity' call that is easily
accessed by our existing and potential new distributors, said Eric Vill,
Relėv Managing Director, UK and Ireland. Relėv has approximately 70,500
independent distributors worldwide with an increasing number coming from
the UK and Europe. Our distributors are, in effect, our sales force and
it is important that we have the tools to communicate with them on a
regular basis.
We did not want our distributors to incur hefty charges when
participating in our weekly call. MeetingZone was able to solve this
issue by supplying us with worldwide freephone numbers at very
competitive rates. However we have a universal access code or PIN number
for all of the participants regardless of their location, so everyone
just has one number to remember, added Vill.
A Host Conference Control feature allows management of the call
directly through MeetingZones web portal. This enabl the company to
instantly view which distributors are participating in the call and most
importantly mute their lines, eliminating disruptive background noise.
It also allows recording of the content of calls, which can be
replayed or streamed out to distributors as appropriate.
