OLM Group takes controlling stake in Hytec Information Security

OLM Group, supplier of information solutions for children's and adult
care services, has secured a controlling stake in Hytec Information
Security Ltd.
OLM says that the collaboration aims to provide further support to
enhance Hytec’s sales and marketing capabilities and OLM’s ability to
meet customer needs in the area of information security and
infrastructure management. Hytec will continue to operate as an
independent advisor and service provider of IT infrastructures to
support secure connectivity and information sharing to local government,
health authorities and commercial organisations.
Peter O'Hara, CEO of OLM Group, said: “With its excellent reputation
and thought leadership in information security, Hytec is a company I
have admired for a long time. OLM Group is excited by this opportunity
to invest in the growth of Hytec, particularly at a time when the issues
