Automated appointment reminders by text and email

Marketing solutions provider DiJiSolutions has launched the DiJiJog
appointment reminder system for doctors, dentists and other medical
practitioners to manage their patient appointments and reduce the volume
of no-shows.
The pay-per-use service enables patients to have their appointments
automatically confirmed as well as reminders sent via SMS texts and
emails. The system can also be used to send group alerts with reminders
set as far forward as one full year.
The system is simple to use, with customer-created templates
streamlining business processes that keep practitioners in contact with
their clients. The software is free, with users only paying for the
texts that are sent.
DiJiJog also has an in-built marketing tool that allows users to add
value to new or existing customers with improved regular communication.
The system is now on general release after successful pilot schemes,
where on average the volume of no-shows was reduced by 40%.
