A 200-page Code of
practice on records management that prescribes standards
and best practice that should be associated with any NHS record keeping
was published last month. The target readership for the Code is anybody
who has responsibility for NHS record keeping.The Code is available
from the Department of Health website in two parts, as a PDF document:
