An Account Manager with strong healthcare experience is urgently required to work for this leading provider of Healthcare IT solutions in the Midlands area.

The Account Manger will be responsible for the Commercial relationship between the client and a number of named Healthcare clients in the Midlands area. The Account Manager is also accountable for growing the customer in terms of client product and services across the entire portfolio.

Main responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships at all levels with the customer organisation;
• Determine and drive the account plan to identify sales opportunities for any of the clients’ product / service;
• Actively participate in product strategy and direction as customer representatives;
• Participate in product strategy and direction as customer representatives.

Knowledge / experience

• Must have sold applications into the Healthcare / NHS such as EPR, PAS, Pathology, Department
  Systems;
• Strong knowledge / experience of NHS or health management;
• Commercial skills in sales or contract management in the healthcare sector, minimum 4 years;
• Experience of managing complex high value and multi faceted accounts;
• Familiar with the market and competition.
