Software/ Networking Technical Specialist — French, German or Spanish language required

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a bi-lingual Software / Networking Technical Specialist. This role will see you working for an international organisation with offices throughout the world and support their Oncology products especially in the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will be fluent in English language and one of the following languages - French or German or Spanish.

Main responsibilities

• Provide technical Support to Oncology products specifically in the UK and Europe;
• Perform installation work, upgrades and training activities at customer sites and remotely;
• Ensure that the customer is fully aware of the implications of any work being undertaken before
  that work commences;
• Record all support activities in an appropriate call logging system.

Education and relevant experience

• Educated to a degree level or equivalent;
• Fluent in English and French or German or Spanish is essential;
• Technical skills in the area of PC / Network Computing;
• Experience in a support environment;
• Some knowledge of healthcare;
• Ability to effectively interact with customers.
