The NHS–Higher Education Connectivity Project
Malcolm Teague describes the start of a project to enable two-way
communication between electronic networks in the NHS and those in higher
education.
ABSTRACT
The NHS–Higher Education Connectivity Project aims to co-ordinate and
support electronic network connections between the NHS and universities
involved with education and research in the fields of medicine, nursing and
the professions allied to medicine. The Project is overseen by the NHS–HE
Forum, to which anyone — from either the NHS or the higher-education sectors
— who can help it achieve its objectives may join. The Project’s formation
and its aims and objectives are described.
